Patricia A. Herman, 66, of Knox passed away unexpectedly Tuesday June 20, 2017 at the Clarview Nursing and Rehab Center following a brief illness. 

Born October 19, 1950, Pat was the daughter of the late Everett and Maxine Neely.

Pat graduated from Keystone High School. She worked as a book keeper for Dr. Houston for many years and helped with her husband and son’s trucking company.

On Dec. 20, 1969, she married Ken “Stubby” Herman who she celebrated 40 years with before he passed away on Oct. 21, 2010.

Pat enjoyed spending time with her family, especially visiting her grandsons in Alaska and taking walks with her grand-dog Gertie.

Pat is survived by a son Ken Herman Jr. and his wife Tomi of Knox, a daughter Kim Bunch and her husband Jason of Kodiak Ak, two grandsons Dawson and Tanner Bunch; a special niece Kerry Kriebel, her husband Joe and their daughter Arianna who called her Nana.  Also surviving are two brothers Bud Neely and his wife Penny of Knox and Jerry Neely and his wife Geralyn of Tuscon, AZ., and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and husband Pat was preceded in death by a sister Sandy Kaber.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, June 23 at the McEntire-Weaver Funeral Home Inc, 504 East Penn Ave., Knox.  Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Brian Hauser officiating.  Interment will take place at Starr Cemetery in Nineveh.
