While I did not know Budd long, I always felt a kindred spirit with him. He was always a kind & gentle soul with me. I enjoyed our brief conversations either at the Beaver Twp. Water & Sewage Authority meetings or at the once a year cemetary committee meeting we both attended at Willis Elliot's farm. I will miss his friendly smile. He is rejoicing on high now with that great cloud of witnesses in Papa God's Glorious Kingdom. God bless & comfort you with the good memories... As always, Pastor Allen
