Althea Lorene Frederick Lewis, 95, of Knox, passed away on July 4, 2026 at UPMC Northwest Hospital.
Born October 22, 1930, in Elk Township, Althea was the daughter of the late William and Hannah Jane Frederick.
Althea graduated from Shippenville High School. She worked at the Derrick in advertising.
On February 12, 1949, Althea married Dean Lewis who survives.
Private services were held by the family.
