Charles "Ray" Anderson

Charles W. “Ray” Anderson, 60, of Knox passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at the Clarion Hospital following a brief illness.

Born July 15, 1964, in Los Angelas, CA, Ray was the son of the late Charles and Rose Anderson.

Ray married Cindy Perry who he has celebrated 37 years together with.

Ray was a member of the Rod & Gun Club in Knox.  He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycle and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Along with his wife Ray is survived by his children Chad Anderson of Connecticut, Corey Anderson of Knox and Cassey Messina of Knox; his grandchildren Eli and Hannah Messina of Shippenville and Caden and Gabriel Anderson of Knox; and his siblings Dwayne Anderson of Erie and Brenda Hartzell of Pine City.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Rose and a niece Brinna Leigh Hartzell.

Per Ray’s wishes there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
