Christina Lynne (Womeldorf) Wurster

Christina Lynne Womeldorf-Wurster, 58, of New Bethlehem, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Clarview Nursing and Rehab Center on May 24, 2024.

She was born on December 23, 1965.  She was the daughter of the late Judy Womeldorf and the surviving Wesley Womeldorf Sr. and step mother Evelyn Womeldorf.

Christina graduated from Keystone High School.  She worked at various restaurants and stores which lead to her becoming a manager, then district manager over 14 stores in New York and Pennsylvania.  She was a very hard working woman and loved working in the public.

Christina loved being with her family, including attending the yearly Womeldorf reunions.  She enjoyed reading romance novels and playing puzzle games on her computer.  She was a great cook and baker, who taught her children everything she knew.  She enjoyed collecting unicorn and angel knick-knacks.  She also loved spending time with all her pets she knew and loved.

Along with her father and step mother Christina is survived by her husband Kevin Wurster Sr., her son Kevin (Nesa) Wurster Jr.,  her daughter Samantha (Corey) Little; her two grandchildren Adalynn and Zander; her brother Wesley Womeldorf and her sister Jandey Yorks and numerous other family members.

Christina was preceded in death by her mother, Judy, and two brothers Joseph and Brian Womeldorf.

Christina’s love was like no other, she will be deeply missed.

Friends will be received from 10 AM to Noon on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at the McEntire-Weaver Funeral Home, at 504 East Penn Avenue in Knox.  Funeral services will be held at Noon on Saturday in the funeral home.
