Deborah Lynn Weaver, 71, of Kossuth, passed away at home, with her family at her side on May 18, 2024, following an extended illness.
Born December 30, 1952, in Oil City, Deb was the daughter of the late James and Jean Thompson.
Deb graduated from Keystone High School; she worked many years as a nurses aid and janitor at Polk Center before retiring.
On September 16, 1972, Deb married David Weaver who survives.
Deb enjoyed hiking many miles with her wonderful husband, wintering on the gulf coast, spending time with her family, crafting and doing yoga.
Deb is survived by her husband Dave, her daughters Amber (Chris) Snyder of Powder Springs, GA and Brandi Weaver of Greensboro, NC; her grand daughters Anissa, Ella and Avery Snyder all of Powder Springs GA, her siblings Terry (Regina) Thompson of Knox, Tom Thompson of Knox, Jim (JoAnn) Thompson of Knox and Barbara (Gary) Rhoades of Lamertine and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents Deb was preceded in death by her sisters Donna Pollack, Beverly Thompson and Tammy Thompson; a brother Dave Thompson and a sister in law Nancy Thompson.
Private services were held by the family.
