Eric Whitehill Obituary

Eric D. Whitehill, 59 of Seneca, passed away at home on September 7, 2021 following an extended illness.

Born July 25, 1962, in Oil City, Eric was the son of William and Sally Whitehill.

Eric graduated from AC-Valley High School.  He worked at Quaker State, Petrowax, Pennzoil, Calumet, Grandview Estates, IA and Sasol.

On September 8, 1990, Eric married Kim Stivanson who survives.

Eric enjoyed hunting with his family and friends, riding Harleys and taking road trips with his wife and painting cars with his dad.  He was a member of the Oil City VFW and the Pulaski Club in Oil City.

Along with his wife Eric is survived by his son Ben Whitehill of Seneca, his sister Cammy (Jeff) Shreffler of Cranberry, his brother and sister in law Mike and Wendy Stivanson and his mother in law Gerry Stivanson.

Eric was preceded in death by his father William Whitehill and his father in law William Stivanson.

A celebration of life will be held for Eric on September 26, at 1 PM at the Seneca Volunteer Fire Department, 3494 Route 257, Seneca.

The family would like to say a special thanks to AseraCare and the Yolanda Barco Institute for taking care of Eric.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the Seneca Vol. Fire Dept., P.O. Box 272, Seneca PA 16346 of the Yolanda Barco Institute, Meadville Medical Center, 16792 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville PA 16335.
