Harmin J. Hurrelbrink, 79, of Marble, passed away at his home on Sunday, February 09, 2025 following an extended illness.
Born on November 3, 1945 in Beaver Township, Harmin was the son of the late Edward and Zena Hurrelbrink.
Harmin went to Keystone High School. He worked for the Knox Glass Plant for 20 years, Terry W. Kahle For 20 years and CFM for three years before retiring.
Harmin enjoyed mowing, talking, camping, going to auctions and flea markets and loved his little yorkie “Charley”.
Harmin is survived by his wife Katherine Hurrelbrink of Marble, a son Joseph Hurrelbrink of Shippenville, three siblings John Hurrelbrink of St. Petersburg, Carl Hurrelbrink of Knox and Edith Kagle of Knox; and two nieces and a nephew that were his “Grandkids” Jessica, Ashley and Tyler Finland of Shippenville.
Along with his parents Harmin was preceded in death by his siblings Arthur Hurrelbrink, James Hurrelbrink, Marie Bell, Charles Hurrelbrink, Martha Eisenman, Helen Bosley and Mary Walker.
The family will receive friends from 11 am to 1 pm on Wednesday, February 12, at the McEntire-Weaver Funeral Home Inc, 504 East Penn Ave, Knox. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Wednesday in the funeral home with Pastor Doug Dyson of the St. Paul Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will take place at Strattanville Community Cemetery in Strattanville.
