Mona Faye (Kriebel) Parks

Mona Faye Parks, 73, of Knox, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021, at the Heritage Valley Hospital following an extended illness.

Born October 6, 1947, in Dutch Hill, she was the daughter of the late Brent and Bernice Kriebel.

On December 31, 1968 Mona married Gary Parks who preceded her in death.

Mona worked for the Clarion County Transportation for 27 years and WRC for twelve years.  She enjoyed going to casinos and spending time with her grand kids.

Mona is survived by her daughter Marcie Parks of Knox and a son Kevin (Amy) Parks of Knox, two grandchildren Tyler (Amber) Parks of Corsica and Austin Parks of Leeper, a great grandson Errick Parks of Corsica and a sister Joanne Matthews of Erie.

Mona was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother Harvey Kriebel and a sister Irene Whitling.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Tuesday, September 7 at the McEntire-Weaver Funeral Home 504 East Penn Ave., Knox.
