Paula Marie (Ward) Graham

Paula Marie Graham, 71, of Strattanville passed away on February 25, 2024 at her home.

Born July 2, 1952, in Sutter, California, Paula was the daughter of the late Stanley Paul Ward and Mary Marie Sutton.

Paula graduated from Sutter High School in California.  Over the years she worked various places but her “JOB” was to always take care of everything.  She enjoyed “raising the feathers” of anyone necessary, taking care of children, stray cats, dogs, birds or whatever she took in.  She loved like no other, if you were fortunate enough to ever stay with her or have a meal with her you knew you were safe and loved even if it felt like no one else cared.  Please carry on her legacy, don’t judge a book by its cover and love everyone.

Paula is survived by her children Stephen Graham of Clarion and Stephanie Myers of Emlenton; a brother Stanley “Keith” Ward of Sutter, CA; her grandchildren Michaela Rivera, Randi Myers, Alexander Myers, Nichole Rankin, Renne Bigley, Ben Bigley and Annabelle Graham; great grandchildren Samuel Zuarez, Mariana Zuarez, Jesus Rivera, Everlyn grace Dotterer, Huxley Rankin, Octavia Schreckengost and Tytan Schreckengost.  Also surviving are her best friend Hazel Kossman of Clarion and friend and caregiver Lea Schmader of Clarion.

Along with her parents, Paula was preceded in death by her partner Craig Florig, a brother Richard “Dicky” Ward, three sisters Sandra Ward, Nona Ward, Mary Ann Montgomery, a daughter in law Paula Ann Briggs, two nephews Robbie Ward, Matthew Ward and two sisters in law Denise Ward and Diane Ward.

Per her wishes there are no services planned for Paula.
