Joe Siebauer was a great man! I made friends with him when he joined the USS FORRESTAL Association. Joe first reported aboard USS FORRESTAL in July 1954 as part of FORRESTAL pre-commissioning crew. He served with the Second Division aboard FORRESTAL til August of 1958. Joe was a life time member of the FORRESTAL Association and was a member of the Association's Honor Guard. We both had a Pittsburgh connection. Joe was fun loving and easy to talk too. God Bless Our Naval Veteran. Salute!

To all the Family of Joe... We have fond memories of Joe and he will be greatly missed. The last time I saw Joe he was sitting on the porch as I was coming down from the Church, and he gave me a big smile and waved. I will cherish that. He was a great neighbor and good friend. May you find comfort God and each other. Love hugs and prayers during this difficult time.
